Announcing our new partnership with EV charging provider FOR EV to deliver electric vehicle (EV) salary sacrifice schemes to a broader range of UK businesses.
The collaboration will see Gofor provide its salary sacrifice expertise to FOR EV’s growing customer base, enabling organisations to offer employees a cost-effective and accessible route into electric vehicles.
The partnership brings together two Scottish businesses with complementary strengths - Gofor’s consultative approach to fleet and employee benefit solutions, alongside FOR EV’s end-to-end EV charging infrastructure expertise.
The announcement follows a period of strong growth for both organisations. Gofor reported a 27% increase in new business acquisition in 2025, alongside a strategic expansion into England. FOR EV continues to scale its national presence and was recently appointed to the UK Government’s Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Transport Technology framework, supporting public sector fleet decarbonisation.
Graham Lesslie, CEO at Gofor, said:
“We’re delighted to partner with FOR EV to deliver meaningful employee benefits to its customers. Salary sacrifice is a major growth area and providing our expertise hand-in-hand with FOR EV will deliver its benefits to a wider audience.”
Electric vehicle salary sacrifice enables businesses to boost EV adoption beyond company car drivers and provides financial and employee retention and attraction benefits for both the company and its employees. It can also help companies meet their Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) objectives.
Lindsay Yeoman, Head of Sales at FOR EV, added:
“Collaboration lies at the heart of good business, and at FOR EV we work closely with a variety of specialist partners to deliver bespoke EV charging solutions for public and private sector clients across the UK. By teaming up with our colleagues at Gofor, we can extend that service offering to our clients’ employees, assisting UK drivers to adopt low- and zero-emission vehicles.”
Electric vehicle salary sacrifice schemes enable businesses to extend EV access beyond traditional company car drivers, while offering financial efficiencies and supporting employee attraction and retention. They also play a key role in helping organisations meet Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) objectives.
