We are pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Lea as Sales & Marketing Director at Gofor, strengthening our leadership team as we continue to grow our fleet management services across the UK.
Robert brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate fleet management and a strong track record of building long-term partnerships and delivering commercial growth within the automotive leasing sector.
He joins Gofor after a decade at Ayvens, where he served as Head of Corporate Sales. During that time, the department achieved significant growth, increasing fleet size while enhancing profitability. Robert also held the role of Commercial Transformation Lead and previously held senior roles at Lex Autolease and Bank of Scotland Vehicle Finance.
In his role at Gofor, Robert will focus on driving revenue growth by developing bespoke, customer-centric initiatives that support our clients with cost control, ESG targets, recruitment and retention, operational efficiency and risk mitigation. His experience across the leasing value chain and deep understanding of the evolving mobility market will help us continue delivering tailored, client-focused fleet solutions.
Robert joins us at an exciting time for the business as we expand our presence across the UK. Recent growth includes securing new partnerships and being appointed sole fleet management partner for Taziker in February 2026.
