10 new cars for your fleet in H1 2026
The onslaught of new vehicles debuting in 2026 is great news for widening driver choice, but which new vehicles are right for your fleet? Here’s our run down on 10 newcomers to watch out for.

Aion V & UT

Aion. Yes, it’s another new Chinese brand coming to the UK from parent company GAC. The V is a mid size electric SUV with a focus on high volume fleet adoption and strong value positioning and around 317 miles  range.

The Aion UT arrives alongside the V as part of the same UK launch strategy, positioned as a compact and affordable urban EV. It features a single motor producing around 134 bhp and battery options delivering up to around 260 to 270 miles range depending on specification.

BMW iX3

The BMW iX3 is the first production model on BMW’s Neue Klasse platform, marking a major shift in EV technology for the brand. It’s a compelling blend of outstanding range (up to 500 miles) and swift recharging capability, with a major dose of BMW class. Watch out for the BMW i3 saloon arriving later in 2026.

BYD Sealion 5

BYD Sealion 5 is a plug-in hybrid SUV expanding BYD’s presence in the fleet market. It combines a 1.5 litre petrol engine with an electric motor to produce around 209 bhp, with battery options of 12.9 kWh and 18.3 kWh enabling up to around 53 miles of electric only range.

Total combined range reaches approximately 631 miles, although charging is limited to AC at around 3.3 kW with no rapid DC capability. With pricing starting near £30,000 and around 463 litres of boot space, it targets high volume SUV segments as a transitional fleet option for operators not ready to move fully to EVs.

Dacia Spring

Dacia Spring continues as one of the lowest cost EVs in the UK, with an updated version arriving in 2026 focused on simplicity and urban efficiency. It uses a 24.3 kWh battery delivering around 140 miles WLTP range, with power outputs of 70 hp or 100 hp depending on version. Pricing from around £15,990 makes it highly attractive for city fleets, last mile delivery, and pool car use where low running costs outweigh performance and long range capability.

Ford Puma Gen-E

The Ford Puma Gen-E is no stranger to UK fleets, but in May 2026 this Ford best-seller gets more range - over 250 miles  and aimed squarely at mainstream fleet adoption. Charging supports up to 100 kW DC enabling a 10 to 80 percent charge in roughly 23 to 26 minutes. Practicality remains a key strength with up to around 566 litres of storage including the Gigabox system, while features such as BlueCruise driver assistance enhancing its appeal for company car drivers.

Kia EV2

The EV2 is set to be Kia’s most affordable electric vehicle, launching in 2026 as a compact crossover below the Kia EV3. It is expected to deliver up to 270 miles of range depending on battery choice, with fast charging targeting sub 30 minute 10 to 80 percent times.

Built on a version of Kia’s E GMP platform, it focuses on cost efficiency and urban usability while maintaining modern design and technology. Likely to be popular with both fleets and salary sacrifice takers..

Lexus ES

The new Lexus ES returns to the UK in 2026 as a fully electric model prioritising comfort, refinement, and low noise levels, making it well suited to executive fleet roles and long distance driving. Range is expected to be over 300 miles on a charge

Mazda 6e

Mazda 6e marks Mazda’s return to the saloon segment with a fully electric model launching this spring. It offers battery options of 68.8 kWh and 80 kWh delivering up to around 343 miles WLTP range, combined with rear wheel drive and power outputs of 258 bhp and 320 bhp.

Fast charging up to 200 kW enables a 10 to 80 percent charge in around 22 minutes.

With a more design led approach, it targets drivers seeking an alternative to mainstream EV saloons such as Tesla Model 3 while still meeting fleet usability requirements.

Mercedes-Benz GLC EQ

A direct rival to the brand new BMW iX3, the GLC EQ SUV is unmistakable thanks to its massive and spangled grille. Inside it’s more restrained although you can order the option of a dominating 39.1 inch digital screen.

Range is impressive at over 400 miles, while 800v architecture means it can be swiftly replenished.

Volvo ES90

Volvo ES90 is a premium fully electric saloon arriving in 2026 as a flagship replacement for traditional executive cars. Built on the SPA2 platform shared with the Volvo EX90, it is expected to deliver up to around 400 miles WLTP range with dual motor all wheel drive configurations.

The model focuses heavily on safety, including advanced driver assistance and lidar systems, alongside high levels of comfort and technology. It is aimed at high mileage fleet users and executive roles requiring long range capability combined with premium features.
