Don’t let early termination be your salary sacrifice barrier
Gofor's salary sacrifice for electric vehicle product expert, Michael Hook, published his latest article in May, aiming to help businesses manage the risk associated with employees who leave the business and terminate their electric vehicle lease early.
In the article, Michael looks at the range of options available to help overcome this barrier, and to help business get support their employees to make a difference in a brand-new electric car, including:
✔ Using National Insurance savings to offset any risks
✔ Deciding who takes the early termination risk
✔ Looking at options for vehicle re-allocation (where a fleet management provider, like, for example, Gofor, can prove massively useful…)
